Wine tasting and food combinations: Nograro 7th of July, 4th of August and 1st of September

Restaurant Casa Rural Arauko in collaboration with Closeteachers is organizing gastronomic activities for the summer of 2012. The activities will take place at Restaurant Arauko in Nograro (Valdegovía).

Wine tasting and food combination
Learn how to taste wines and combine them with the appropriate food, learn how to recognize aromas, varieties and distinguishing taste qualities and select the best wines.
Program: White recent wines, vertical tasting of red wines of Rioja, new trends.

Each day we will taste 3 wines and combine them with the appropriate pincho.
